Here are the FAQs, I suggest you read all of it. Trust me, new or a veteran, this information will be very handy.

Here are the meaning to some words:
Roleplay (RP): When you act like the person you're playing. This happens in other games aswell, Like WoW (World of Warcraft) etc. E.g.-You could RP that you're a shopkeeper whilst people come visit to buy stuff off you. If you haven't tried it, I seriously advise that you do- It's awesome, especially if you created something wicked like (For example) a boat and wanna' be a pirate on it or something.
Griefing: This, is rather long. I suggest you read up about it here. All the information you'll ever need is there, I suggest you read up on the first paragraph or so.
PvP: When you fight other players/monsters in combat. Blowing them to bits with TNT, slicing them with a sword, pushing them off a cliff: all forms of PvP.
Classic/creative: I suggest you click here to read up about it.
SMP (Survival Multiplayer): I suggest you click here to read up about it.
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Q: Does this server have any ranks?
A: Yes, we do. It goes in this order:
(1) Idiot: You've broken several rules and is being punished. If you're in this rank, you're in a prison cell, which is basically a small box made out of Bedrock with some torches and a sign. Prison is hidden somewhere in the sky. Trust me, it's either this or a IP ban.
(2) Member: You're a proud member of the server. You are capable of placing blocks, spawning items, and will be given a plot of land upon entering the server for the first time/when needed.
(3) Veteran: You're on a lot, has made lots of contributions to the server, and you're a nice guy/girl.
(4) Trial GM/Mod: A player being tested to be a GM/Mod. Info on how to apply is below (Don't get your hopes up (If you're thinking of applying)).
(5) GM/Mod: Someone in-charge of making sure people keep up to the rules, fix griefing, solve problems, cure arguments and generally keep the peace. Has specialy powers in order to keep the peace.
(6) Admin: Same duty of a GM/Mod, but with more powers. Does all coding and scripting and keeps server up. Is also the only ones who can place permenant IP bans on players. There can only one Admin.
Upon entering the server, you're a member.
To progress from Member to Veteran requires many things, but what we really want is loyalty, and that you come on normally. Plus you gotta' be nice, etc.
The ranks system is currently being remade.
As of now, any player who joins the server and makes an account (Using the ingame registration plugin) is a Member.
Other ranks include Gm/Mod, Trial Gm/Mod and Admin/Owner.

Q: ME WANT BE GM/MOD.
A: No, GMs/Mods are chosen specifically by maturity, loyalty, Knowledge of game, management, etc. Please don't ask to be one. Doing so only reduces your chances.

Q: So, Any features?
A: Well, we got nearly 10 plugins, more being added every now and then. The server is online nearly 24/7 and is moderated daily by the Admin and GM/Mod Team.

Q: So.. How often are people on? *Updated 06/08/2011*
A:
Weekdays (Mon-Thurs):1-3 people.
Weekends (Fri-Sun):3-10.
Seems to increase every weekend.

Q: What commands are available to players?
A: Well, there are a few-
/spawn: Returns you to the spawn area (the Spawn area is the same for everyone).
/sethome: Sets your current spot as your home.
/home: Teleports you to wherever you set /sethome (Your home, basically).
/suicide: Kills yourself.
/afk: (Away from keyboard) sets you as 'away from keyboard' so people know you're not there.
/list: Lists players who are online.
/warp: Used to teleport to starting areas etc. Example "/warp cc" warps one to the city centre. Current warp points: "cc" (Only 1 at the moment)
/me: Basically lets you emote. for example, if I (Trix) types down-
'/me likes icecream' It will become 'Trix likes icecream'.
Mainly used in Rp.
/tpa: When used, will request permission from another player to teleport to him/herself. E.g. "/tpa Trix" will send a teleport request to Trix. If Trix goes "/accept", you will be teleported to him.
